Rindirai Shoko – Acting General Manager
Mrs. Rindirai Shoko joined Almin in December 2015 as the Acting General Manager . She holds a B.Sc. Hons. in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and an ACCA Diploma in Financial Management. She has 18 years working experience spanning from Performance Auditing to Projects Management. Her experience has been specialized in Projects Management, having spearheaded a number of development projects within the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe Limited (IDCZ) group of companies. She has a wealth of experience and exposure to the operations of Development Finance institutions at local, regional and international level. She has held a number of directorship positions within the IDCZ group and is currently a non-executive director at Stone Holdings.
Tafadzwa Edwin Mungure – Sales & Marketing Manager
Mr . Edwin Mungure is a Metallurgical Engineer, Sales and Marketing Practitioner and a Line Manager.He holds a B.Sc. Eng. Hons. Metallurgical Engineering (UZ), the Institute of Marketing Management Diploma in Marketing (IMM GSM, SA) and Executive MBA (NUST, ZW). His experience in Line Management spans over 13 years in both Production and Sales/Marketing. His work experience has mostly been in Manufacturing, Engineering and Mining. Mr. Edwin Mungure is currently working for Almin Metal Industries as the Head of Marketing & Sales and has worked for the following companies ZIMASCO, ZISCO, BNC prior to joining ALMIN.
Richard Simbi– Shopfitting, Maintenance & Die Shop Manager
Mr . Simbi holds Mechanical Engineering technician qualifications with specialization in areas of Jig, Die and Tool Making. He has also gone through Management Development Programme. He has 40 years experience at Almin Metal Industries in the following capacities Toolroom Supervisor, Toolroom Manager, Extrusion Plant Manager, Production Manager and Manufacturing Manager. He has a wealth of experience in the aluminium extrusion business.
Anthony Muchuro– Safety, Quality & Training Manager
Mr. Muchuro holds IPMZ Diplomas, ZIM Diploma in Business Administration, Instructors Diploma (Canada), Full Technology City & Guilds T5 (Production / Mechanical Engineering), Advanced Machine Shop Engineering (Production) and Executive Development programme with the University of Zimbabwe. Before joining Almin, he worked for Bain Farm Equipment, Zisco Steel, Harare Polytechnic and NRZ in various human resource capacities mostly in training and former Human Resources Manager at Almin. He has over 30 years experience.
Edmore Nyamutsaka – Finance Manager
Mr. Nyamutsaka is a holder of a Diploma in Credit Management and at his final level of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (CIS). His experience in the finance or accounting field spans for over 18 years, 9 of which is with Almin. He was with Art Corporation, ZFC and Treggers Ltd in the past before moving to Almin.
Mobius Shumba – Production Manager
Mr. Shumba holds Diplomas, Higher Diploma in Business Administration (ZIM), Diploma in Business Administration (ZIM), Quality Assurance (City & Guilds), Certificate in Internal Quality Auditing, Certificate in Business Studies and Certificate in Training (IPMZ).He has worked for Almin Metal Industries Ltd for 18 years in various positions mainly in Production. Worked as Quality Assurance Officer, Production Superintendent, Head of Planning, Assistant Production Manager. Has experience in Production Management, Quality Assurance and Technical, Production Planning and Operations Management.
Ishmael Chikoto – Senior Human Resources Officer
Mr. Ishmael Chikoto joined Almin in July 2006 as a Payroll Officer. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (SAAA) and is a member of the Association, Certificate in Payroll Administration, Certificate in Statistics (ZIMSTAT) and is currently doing his final stage of Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators (ICSAZ). He has over 18 years of working experience in Finance and Administration. He worked at National Carpets & Curtain, Ministry of Higher & Tertiary Education and Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) prior to joining ALMIN.
