THE TEAM Almin Metal Industries business has a very high level of international experience and expertise. The initial management team depends on the founders themselves, with little back up. Managing Director : Munashe Nkomo Information Management Systems Manager- Mary Shenje: Mrs Shenje has a Graduate diploma in IMIS with the Institute for the Management of Information Systems. She has a Masters Degree in Leadership and Management with Africa Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA). She has been in the IT Industry for the past twenty-five years. She worked for Chloride Zimbabwe, Chips Computing Services and Johnson and Fletcher.He has more than fourteen years experience in engineering, and worked for many companies before he joined Almin Metal Industries (Zimbabwe Copper). He graduated from University of Manchester B.Sc. (Hons) Mechanical Engineering and University of Derby MSC in Strategic Management He worked for More Ware Industeries (100% Gulliver Subsidiary) as a Chief Executive. In addition, he also worked for Salwire Manufactures & Fencing as a General Manager before he joined Almin Metal Industries. Product Development Mannager - Naison Makamure: Naison Makamure is a qualified Mechanical Engineer, trained in Canada and has 11 years experience under his belt. He has a spectrum of industrial exposure ranging from the Industrial inspections with Merz and McLellan international, boiler industry, and the trailer and heavy engineering manufacturing industry with More Wear Industries. Production Manager - Tendai Ngoma: He has nine years experience in engineering. He trained at Bindura Nickel, Zimasco and Bestobells foundry. More to it, he worked for four years in South Africa at three extrusion plants Cape Town, Midrand and Petermaritzburg. He is a graduate from the University of Zimbabwe
